IT Recruiters (Internal Corporate Recruitment) Job at Infinite Computing Systems

-Assist in end to end recruitment and selection process including posting jobs,sourcing and screening resumes from Portals. -Maintain employee relations and ensure all issues / queries pertaining to hiring are addressed to.
-Developing new channels of recruitment to ensure adequate Manpower availability.

-Good sourcing, interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills.
-Results oriented, innovative, motivated, highly organized
-Good negotiation skill.
-Strong knowledge of entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening , final offer to onboarding of candidate.

Work Location - Andheri (East)
Work Timings - 11 AM to 8 PM
Work Days - Monday to Friday

*Should be good at sourcing the resumes from the different portals, databank, employee references, networking, headhunting etc.
*Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment - A Strong Performer
